Monty Python: How Big Is My IMAX Film?
Created for the opening of the British Film Institute's IMAX Cinema, this short features John Cleese directed by Monty Python colleague Terry Jones. The film gives a humorous explanation of the giant screen technology. Cleese uses his physical comedic skills to demonstrate the virtues of the format: walking around and then following off the top of the screen; detonating a bomb to show the power of the sound system, thereby blowing himself into space and past a surprised space station. |
